There has been MUD this week. So much mud. We experience both sides of a race for the first time, and are both exhausted for different reasons.

Don’t mention Strava! I mentioned it once but I think I got away with it. We talk to Ian Williams who created Fetch Everyone, a massive website full of fantastic numbers for you to log your runs.

Amy has been on an exclusive hot weather training camp and Stewart is continuing to dominate local races.

We’ve got mixed reports of races from the end of last year and mixed luck with getting into some big name races this year!

What a bullshit year. At least for most of you, we actually had quite a nice time.
